Job Title: Advisory Partner

Purpose of the Role: The Advisory Partner is responsible for driving business development and delivering exceptional financial solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Attract new clients and leads through proactive business development strategies.
  • Financial Solutions: Provide comprehensive financial roadmaps and investment solutions to clients.
  • Client Wealth Management: Manage client wealth through effective advice and implementation of changes.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee business practice management.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning: CFP.
  • Relevant B.Com Degree or Equivalent: CA or LLB.
  • Regulatory Exams and Training: Completion of relevant exams and training courses.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an investment and planning environment.

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong influencing and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Success Measurement: Contribution to the overall profitability of the organization through new inflows, retention of existing clients, effective management of assets under management, and leveraging integrated offerings.
