About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our fire design management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fire safety solutions for various projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement fire safety solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate small to medium-sized projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and client meetings, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, project plans, and other administrative tasks.
Your Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical building services, with a focus on fire safety design.
- Strong understanding of SANS deemed-to-satisfy and rational fire safety design standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ECSA registration or active pursuit of registration.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
