Key Responsibilities

As a sales professional at Anixter International, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Bidding on and closing sales opportunities by providing exceptional customer service and building trust with customers.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.

You will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
