The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring high standards are maintained, and enhancing the gardens and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small team of garden staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement innovative gardening solutions, including designing planting areas.
  • Maintain and improve herbaceous borders, shrubberies, greenhouses, and other garden features.
  • Coordinate with external contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promote a culture of tidiness and orderliness throughout the gardens and grounds.
  • Operate and maintain various garden machinery to support daily operations.
