Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support by initiating quotation processes for CS offerings and generating sales leads for equipment/plant business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales or a related field.
  • Basic mechanical/industrial engineering education and fundamental business administration knowledge.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and internal software such as Intranet (B-World, SAP Quotation, CRM).
  • Able to explain the impact of services on customer profitability and understand customer processes.
