We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to join our team at M3 Human Capital Management. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with all debtors tasks for various entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling account queries
  • Receipt and allocation of payments on Xero and Palbroker
  • Daily processing and reconciling of customer account sales
  • Preparing account statements
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments
  • Maintaining financial spreadsheets
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of debtors accounts and expected income
  • Ad hoc tasks such as answering telephone and helping with reception duties when needed

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Debtors role, preferably in the export industry
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Xero accounting software)
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Own reliable transport
  • Willingness to work overtime as per industry requirements
