Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Hr Business Partner to support Human Resource Operations and Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, analyzing workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and drive organizational growth.
  2. Culture Enhancement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and workplace culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  3. Talent Development: Oversee talent acquisition efforts to ensure the recruitment of top talent aligned with our values and goals, working with managers to develop succession plans and career development pathways for employees.
  4. Performance Improvement: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback systems, providing training and support to managers on effective performance management practices.
  5. Employee Support: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures, fostering a positive workplace environment by promoting open communication and collaboration.
  6. Compliance Expertise: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to drive consistency and fairness within the organization.
  7. Insightful Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management, preparing HR reports and presentations for leadership meetings.
  8. Change Catalyst: Support organizational change initiatives by developing change management strategies and communication plans, coaching leaders and managers on managing change effectively within their teams.

This role requires a degree / diploma in Human Resources or a relevant qualification, along with 5-7 years of proven HR and Management experience covering Recruitment, Assessments, Onboarding, People Development, and Talent Management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of general HR processes and business practices, as well as experience in a BPO environment. They should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills, have excellent communication skills, and be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
