Sales Order Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Administrative Support Specialist to join our Commercial Team at Advania UK.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales order processing, administration, and data entry, and will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Team with various tasks, including creating opportunities, issuing quotes, and managing subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team, including data entry, email management, and filing.
- Assist the Commercial team with opportunity pipeline management, including updating data and tracking progress.
- Input and process data during the pre-sales process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and manage subscription renewals, ensuring timely issuance and approval.
- Coordinate service contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and distributed.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate data in the sales CRM and Finance platform, ensuring up-to-date information at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales order processing, administration, and data entry.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Agile approach, able to multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Experience of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel is essential.
- Have a working knowledge of CRM and/or CPQ systems.
