Investment Banking Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Investment Banking Manager to join our team at TalentCru in South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our portfolio companies, including evaluating and implementing value creation and risk mitigation plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, investment banking, or corporate finance, with at least 8-10 years of experience in the industry. A proven track record in deal sourcing, structuring, and execution is essential, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of R1,250,000 per annum, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and annual bonuses.

In this role, you will work closely with our Portfolio Management and Monitoring Teams to drive growth through strategic planning and execution. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing turnaround strategies, as well as providing coaching and guidance to Associates and Specialists.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Excellent financial modelling skills and a deep understanding of the industry are also essential.
