Job Overview

The Senior Network Solutions Architect at NTT DATA collaborates with clients and internal teams to create strategic, transformative designs for complex network solutions. They provide multi-technology consulting services across application software, infrastructure, and related technology components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and optimize network services to align with client business objectives.
  • Enable operational service delivery that supports client operating models and business strategies.
  • Perform advanced issue analysis and resolution, addressing major network incidents and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Conduct technical assessments and participate in service improvements to enhance network performance and security.
  • Identify and track security risks related to technology vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Design complex managed network solutions across multiple domains and geographies, considering scalability and cloud optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership relationships with managed services clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and consultants on product knowledge and technical solutions, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise network solutions, with a strong understanding of networking principles and technologies.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Cisco ACI, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policy.
  • Familiarity with storage area network technologies and commercial networking offerings from major vendors.
  • Strong analytical and consulting abilities, with strategic alignment of business needs with technical roadmap.
  • Broad knowledge across Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, and Service Management, with understanding of cloud optimization and scalability.
  • Agile/DevOps experience and effective communication of technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong writing skills for solution proposals and a growth mindset with a willingness to learn and attain required certifications.
