    • Conduct regular equipment inspections, implementing preventive maintenance schedules to prevent costly breakdowns.
    • Lead quality checks, empowering team members to take ownership of their work and strive for excellence.
  • People Management:

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in production within the FMCG industry.
    • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a complex manufacturing structure.
  • Qualifications:
    • Tertiary qualification in Production Management or Operations Management.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as Shopware, Pragma, SAP.
    • Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.
    • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
