Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at ValueCo. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within the stationery environment, with a strong track record of sales and customer growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting set sales targets, seeking out new clients, and expanding our existing client base. They will also be expected to increase sales and customers through new business development, as well as research markets to identify and validate proposed new products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting set sales monthly targets
- Seeking and engaging new clients and expanding client base
- Proven ability to increase sales and customers (New business development)
- Research market to identify and validate proposed new products
- Tracking distribution and sales performance on weekly basis with a distributor
- Processing orders in liaison with internal sales team quickly and accurately
To succeed in this role, the candidate will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the stationery industry.
A drivers license is required, and the candidate must be able to travel in the country and/or neighbouring countries for client call cycles.
