About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team at The HEINEKEN Company. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt and issue of consumables, as well as ensuring timely supply of dry goods/materials to production.

Responsibilities
  • Dry Goods Management: Manage the receipt and issue of consumables (dry goods & flavours), and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Inventory Control: Record daily movements of dry goods in area of responsibility, and ensure that stock levels are accurate.
  • Stock Taking: Assist in monthly stocktaking, and ensure that all stock movements are properly documented.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations and implement effective housekeeping practices in the area.
Requirements
  • Matriculation: A matric qualification is required for this position.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment is necessary.
  • Qualifications: A NQF 3 Stores and Warehousing qualification is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proven verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of FMCG environments, and computer literacy are essential.
