We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning agency committed to delivering top-notch services.

What You'll Do:
  1. Drive business growth by promoting our cleaning services to potential clients through outbound calls.
  2. IDentify customer needs and recommend tailored cleaning solutions that meet their expectations.
  3. CConvert warm leads into bookings by highlighting the value of our services and addressing any concerns.
  4. Stay up-to-date with our offerings to confidently address customer questions and provide accurate information.
  5. BBuild lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  6. MMeet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  7. Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
  8. PProvide excellent follow-up and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years of telesales or sales experience, preferably within the cleaning, janitorial, or gardening services industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and consistently delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable with remote work and managing your schedule independently.
  • Owning a laptop, reliable internet, and backup systems for power outages is a must.
  • Willingness to work weekends and during the festive season when required.
  • Calm under pressure and resilient in handling objections or rejection.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills and professionalism in handling complaints are key.

  • A competitive base salary of R8,000 per month + uncapped commission (On-target earnings: R25,000 per month).
