About the Role
As a Business Process Analyst, you will shape and institutionalize bank-wide practices for business analysis and process engineering, overseeing the implementation of these standards and enhancing procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
You will be responsible for performing research on trends and best practices, improving consistency in deliverables, and guiding the continuous improvement of business analysis across assigned projects, squads, and business areas.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, a Bachelor's or BCom degree in Business Management, and experience with enterprise process engineering.
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and certifications such as CPBA or ADBA from FTI are essential. Experience with BABOK and Agile extension is also desirable.
