• Lead proposal development projects, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring the scope of work is accurately defined and reflected in the budget.
• Develop a deep understanding of IQVIA's processes and policies related to proposal development, ensuring compliance and quality in all aspects of the job.
• Participate in strategic discussions to understand customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct quality control edits on all documents and participate in the finalization and distribution of proposals to customers and internal departments, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate databases, ensuring timely and reliable tracking reports.
• May participate in training, coaching, and mentoring new staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
• May participate in customer meetings, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
• Contribute to department initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in proposal development and business growth.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Management, Life Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in contracts, proposals, or industry-specific operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry and its operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and understanding of costing models, with the ability to interpret RFPs and protocols.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
