We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at AUTO24 in Strand, Western Cape. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, presenting and recommending suitable vehicles, and providing top-tier customer service throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers via incoming leads to present and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Follow up on client inquiries, manage financing processes, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and promote complementary products to maximize sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to offer accurate and relevant vehicle information.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to meet and exceed targets in a competitive and dynamic market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a track record of building lasting relationships.
  • A proactive, driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license is a must.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and G Suite is advantageous.
