Financial Operations Coordinator

OVK Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Admin Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments to suppliers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform basic reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Respond to queries regarding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Allocate deposits on bank statements and process journals.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with mathematics as a subject.
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting environment.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
