Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT systems, providing technical support, and troubleshooting system issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis and Design:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and management to gather system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems or enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Technical Support and Maintenance:
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement and manage data backup solutions to safeguard critical information.
- Monitor security protocols, conduct regular security audits, and implement necessary measures to protect against cybersecurity threats.
- Self-Management and Collaboration:
- Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures and workflow processes.
- Build strong relationships with the branch and site administrators as well as management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Systems analyst of 10 years +
- Must have worked extensively on one or more of the following systems: Evolve, Power BI, and/or Click view.
- Familiarity with specific programming languages, database management systems, and enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of system implementation and maintenance.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field is beneficial or Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with project management methodologies is beneficial.
