Fp&a Controller

The role may include but is not limited to
- Providing hands on management and leadership support to the finance team
- Providing analysis on financial, product, margin and profitability
- Being responsible for the development and maintenance of financial models, management reports, and the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Leading change including re-engineering processes to optimise growth and performance across the business
- Driving efficiencies through improving process and reporting standardisation
- Leading the transition of reporting systems into OneStream
- Partnering with senior management and business stakeholders to drive financial performance
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations monthly and following up on reconciling items
- Assisting in the development and implementation of SAP and other ERP systems and ensuring the requirements of business are fully met
- Preparing timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports
- Assessing Capex budgets vs. actuals and optimising ROIC
- Project managing the merger of two locally based related entities

**Requirements**:

- Finance related degree with a professional qualification preferred (CIMA or CA (SA))
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce
- Minimum of 3 years' Commercial & Financial experience, ideally within Manufacturing or FMCG
- Previous Project Management and Business Analyst experience within a medium to large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience - translating this into business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, and relationship building skills
- Collaborative and team player with a hands-on approach
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen insights
- Experience with Syspro, SAP, Excel, Essbase and BI reporting

**Salary**: Up to R15,000.00 per month
