  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the systematic breakdown of business needs into manageable features, stories, and epics.
  • Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure test automation is integrated.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using the chosen framework for execution.
  • Implement test automation with adequate coverage within the sprint and reusability for regression testing.
  • Collaborate with the environment DevOps engineer to investigate and correct bugs and inefficiencies.
  • Perform ad-hoc peer review of automated test assets to ensure conformance to process and governance.

Requirements:

  • 6 years' experience in API automation (Karate, Rest Assured, SOAP UI), front-end automation (Selenium, Appium), and core programming in Java.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  • Intermediate SQL skills and experience with automation frameworks.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Commerce, or equivalent.
  • ISTQB/ISEB Foundation certification.
