Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Office Manager to join our team at PMG Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the company, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date, and providing exceptional support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the company's budget, track expenses, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing staff, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring that the office is clean and well-maintained.
  • Human Resources: Manage employee contracts, benefits, and payroll, and ensure that all HR-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and office management.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
