The Automated Storage and Retrieval Professional plays a vital part in the order fulfillment process within our warehouse operations. This individual is responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items from inventory to meet customer demands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stock is stored safely, adhering to Health & Safety protocols at all times.
  • Report discrepancies, including damaged or missing stock, to direct supervisors and stock controllers.
  • Prioritize shipments by identifying destinations, stock types, and intended purposes.

Packaging and Documentation:

  • Package items to minimize damage during storage and transportation.
  • Label loose items according to SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of stock quantities and quality upon picking.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and organization of workstations and floor areas.
  • Stock allocation and tracking using SOH and inventory details.
  • Reporting workplace safety hazards and maintaining a Health & Safety culture.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of warehousing experience.
  • Administration skills relevant to the role.
  • Basic proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
