Job Title: Commercial Specialist

Edge Executives is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by developing and maintaining pricing models, analyzing complex data sets, and providing financial recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modelling: Develop, maintain, and update pricing models to support sales and marketing teams in tenders and proposals, business planning, valuation, and decision-making.
  • Commercial Analysis: Manage and present commercial models, identify areas to maximize profitability or minimize risk, and report on commercial matrices, including revenues, margins, and quarterly and annual projections.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial and commercial analysis and client financial models to internal stakeholders, including senior management, to drive business decisions.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and technical competency or understanding.
  • Education: Bachelor of Commerce in Finance or similar.
  • Experience: Facilities/Property Management experience is highly advantageous.
