Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading key activities such as strategic planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, investor relations, general accounting, tax, accounts payable and receivables, and credit operations. This includes overseeing all financial activities for the shared services organization and parent company supporting 27 legal entities in the Americas, managing relationships with existing and potential investors, and regular meetings with investors to explain the current financial situation and major announcements.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA, and/or CPA are required. The candidate must have at least 15 years of continued expanding experience in finance, preferably in a shared services environment, and solid leadership and relationship-building skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present to various stakeholders including executive leadership and investors, are essential.
