The role involves working closely with UNESCO ROSA, EU, and Goethe Foundation's communication focal points to ensure consistency in communication efforts. You will also plan, implement, and coordinate public relations and media relations activities, in consultation with UNESCO ROSA's Communication Officer and UNESCO's Division for Communications and Public Engagement (CPE).

You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the reach, results, and impact of the project's communications activities and contributing to Project Progress Reports. Additionally, you will lead Monitoring and Evaluation for the Project, ensuring the collection of all data required to track progress towards achieving intended results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement communications strategies for the Africa-Europe Partnerships project.
  • Conceptualize, produce, and disseminate various communication materials and tools.
  • Work closely with UNESCO ROSA, EU, and Goethe Foundation's communication focal points.
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate public relations and media relations activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the reach, results, and impact of the project's communications activities.
