We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team in a strategic operations specialist role. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Payroll & HR Admin Specialists to contribute to and execute the company's payroll and HR administration service offering.

Job Description:

This is a highly rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Payroll & HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing HR master data, processing payroll, adhering to internal HR processes and policies, and communicating with internal stakeholders.

  • Manage HR master data, including documentation filing and maintenance
  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Adhere to and stay updated on internal HR processes and policies
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing information and advice related to internal HR policies and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant area
  • Fluency in English, both in speech and writing
  • Experience in payroll and HR administration processes and accounting principles
  • Knowledge of cloud-based payroll and HR administration systems, such as SuccessFactors, PSiber, SAGE, or similar

This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
