About the Role- We are looking for someone who can prepare monthly management accounts, financial packs, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with the Financial Director to create annual financial statements and lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- This role involves conducting financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives, owning Sage ERP reporting, and managing budgets for optimal tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Financial Planning & Analysis or management accounting role.
- Knowledge of asset-based financing is advantageous, as is proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerBi, and Microsoft Office 365.
- CIMA or a similar management accounting qualification is desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
How You Can SucceedTo succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
You will also need to be proficient in financial software and systems, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
