The Position
We are seeking a talented Lecturer: Commerce to join our team. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in commerce, including lectures, workshops, and online sessions. You will also be involved in marking assessments and providing feedback to students, as well as assisting in lecturer development and support processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Teach and learn across various modes of delivery where relevant.
• Mark and provide feedback on student assessments.
• Assist in lecturer development and support processes and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of assessments and other learning materials.
Requirements
• Proven track record of effective teaching in a subject area based on a reflective practice.
• Superior communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage work and self proactively.
• A Master's degree in Commerce or related field. A PhD is preferable.
• Minimum of 5 years teaching and learning experience. Preferably in a teaching environment.
