Key Responsibilities:- Manage clinic services according to industry regulations and best practices.
- Enhance patient care by setting clinic objectives and monitoring progress.
- Ensure all clinic services are available at required times.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage teams and self.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualification in General Nursing.
- Degree/Diploma in Midwifery.
- Registered with South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Nursing practitioner must obtain BHF registration.
- 2-3 years' experience in practicing as a Primary Health Care Clinic Sister.
- Strong command of English (written and oral).
