Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Trader Liaison Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between our clients and our traders. Your primary objectives will be to ensure timely and efficient client onboarding, maintain accurate client data management, and facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: You will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on potential clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements such as the FICA Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
  • Data Management: You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, utilizing our CRM system to track and manage client relationships.
  • Trade Facilitation: You will work closely with our traders to ensure timely and efficient execution of trades, managing trade settlement issues and resolving any discrepancies.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients, traders, and other stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position within a financial trading or brokerage company. A strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements is essential. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and our CRM system.
