Role Purpose

The purpose of the **Institutional Trader** role** is to manage and execute trades for institutional clients in order to deliver on clients in order to deliver on client expectations.
Requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 /NQF 4
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or Commerce
- JSE Traders exam
- RPE Exams (8 Modules)Trader

**Experience**:

- 3**-**5 years in a stockbroking environment
- Proven experience of working in a credit control environment
- Experience in using various systems in the stockbroking environment
Duties & Responsibilities

**Key Outputs**
- Institutional Trading _
- Place orders on the trading system and approve web-based orders from clients who placed their orders on the trading platform
- Reconcile and match trades received, and report on the delivery of services against instructions received from clients
- Attend to client queries within the agreed service levels and ensure that clients receive timeous feedback
- Provide accurate information to clients on stocks to assist clients to make informed trading decisions
- Manage the local and international corporate actions on stocks and collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient execution
- Provide trading ideas and suggestions that are aligned to the Momentum Securities house view strategy
