We are hiring a Dialler Manager to oversee dialler strategy, system performance, and campaign execution within our collections environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing dialler settings, managing campaign efficiencies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and drive higher collection rates.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimise dialler performance to enhance contact rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement and track voice and non-voice campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, Email) based on business needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in optimising dialler strategies for performance and efficiency. They will also have experience with Excalibur Collection Systems or similar dialler solutions and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification – Advantageous
  • 3-5 years' experience in dialler management within a contact centre environment
  • Experience with Excalibur Collection Systems or similar dialler solutions – Advantageous
