  2. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  3. Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to production line operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  4. Process Optimization: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes.
  5. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • National Diploma in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer, preferably in water meter production.
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, automation control concepts, and electrical knowledge.
Skills:
  • Proficient in new product introduction, production assembly, testing, packaging, and other processes.
  • Proficient in using tools such as callipers, multi-meters, and other equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong learning ability and hands-on-ability.
