Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and improve production processes to ensure efficient and effective production.
  2. Provide technical support during product trials, record problems, and propose solutions.
  3. Collaborate with production line operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
  4. Conduct regular capacity calculations and verify production standards.
  5. Solve production process anomalies, feedback on product and R&D issues, and ensure smooth production.
  6. Develop and maintain a maintenance system for production equipment.

Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer, with experience in Water Meter products, especially in ultrasonic large and small calibre production and manufacturing.
  • Solid basic knowledge of electromechanical, automation control concepts, and electrical knowledge.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in new product introduction, production assembly, testing, packaging, and other processes.
  • Proficient in using tools such as callipers, multi-meters, and other equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficient in using Office, AUTOCAD, and SAP.
  • Familiarity with water meter inspection standards and national standards.
  • Strong execution, sense of responsibility, good communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong learning ability and hands-on-ability.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven.
