We are seeking an experienced Patient Experience Manager to join our team at Mediclinic International. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and attention. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of patient experience initiatives, working closely with nursing management and other stakeholders to achieve excellent patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing and controlling patient experience finances, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in human sciences (majors in nursing, social work, and psychology) and at least 5 years' experience in a service-oriented environment/operations. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
