About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and functions to ensure that maintenance targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure that maintenance targets are met
  • E nsure adequate resources are available to support maintenance operations
  • Manage the performance and development of subordinates according to company procedures and relevant legislation

Requirements

  • NQF 6 Educational level: Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering Diploma/Degree
  • Must be a qualified Fitter/Millwright/Electrician with extensive technical background in Press Shop and Assembly maintenance within an automotive environment
  • Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity with training in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Basic PLC & Robotics
  • Must have a deep understanding of Quality specifications and systems

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
