The Role:

As Internal Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the internal sales team to achieve performance targets. This includes overseeing the quote and order process, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to meet and exceed company goals.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing the internal sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Implementing sales strategies and processes to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Managing Director and other leaders to develop and implement sales plans that align with the company's overall strategy.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a technical or industrial sales environment is advantageous.
