We are seeking a highly skilled SHER Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our safety management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and be able to lead a team in creating a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that align with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the SHERQ Group Manager to develop overall SHER strategy and processes.
  • Foster a culture supporting the implementation of SHER policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification: Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) or a degree in Health and Safety, Environment, Risk, or Quality.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in a SHER Manager role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk management principles, SHER/Security policies, legislation, and procedures.
