Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Specialist to join our team at the Gauteng-Joburg Branch. As a key member of the Branch Office, this individual will provide administrative support and ensure the day-to-day operations are effectively coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of goods and services for the office
- Implement an effective filing system in the Branch Office
- Provide secretarial services to the Branch Office
- Assist in the coordination of office activities
Requirements:
- Matric (NQF level 4) and a certificate in Administration (NQF Level 5)
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of secretarial and administrative duties and responsibilities
