You will be responsible for managing existing business relationships and executing the launch of new territories and partnerships. To ensure the growth of our existing new territories within your portfolio, you will provide strategic focus through cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Your internal liaison will take place across all internal departments, while external liaison occurs with existing business relations and new partnerships.

Key Performance Areas / Capabilities

  • Market Analysis, Strategy, and Business Development: Identify market trends, analyze competition, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Expansion Execution and Operations: Manage the execution of expansion plans, including launching new territories and partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / or equivalent (Essential)
  • Degree: Business, Commercial, Economics, or related (Essential)

Experience (Minimum 5 years)

  • Experience in a similar Business Development or Market Development role
  • Experience in developing business in African countries other than South Africa (desirable)
  • Strong experience in the Financial Industry and understanding of remittances.
