Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (Essential)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in KYC (Essential)
  • Fluency in Mandarin or other relevant Asian languages (Essential)
  • Familiarity with money transfer procedures
  • Awareness of KYC regulations
  • Knowledge of AML and fraud prevention
  • Understanding of KYC rules and processes
