Qualifications and Experience- National Diploma/Degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant technical certification.
- Minimum of 8 years of technical writing experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proven track record of producing clear and user-friendly documentation.
