The successful candidate will be responsible for managing liquor and material variances during production, ensuring Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and compiling Opex/Capex budgets. They will also be expected to achieve product quality, optimize asset utilization, drive revenue and cost reduction initiatives, and adhere to Internal Control Checks (ICC).

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant B Degree/BSc Degree in Engineering or equivalent, as well as completion of a packaging traineeship or diploma. A minimum of 5-8 years of production experience and knowledge within the supply chain packaging and bottling environment is required. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel on an intermediate level, is essential.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage tasks, develop teams, and ensure seamless production operations.
