We are seeking an experienced Policy Administrator to join our team at Mirabilis, based in Illovo, Sandton.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer insurance policies with reference to new business, endorsements, and finance queries.
  • Authorise team work and conversions of quotes into policies.
  • Provide terms on existing policies and understand insurance principles.
  • Liaise with brokers, other departments, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in insurance within an underwriting capacity is required.
  • Prior experience in short-term engineering insurance is preferred.
  • First Level Regulatory Examination and relevant degree/diploma are necessary.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential.

  • A team player with impeccable interpersonal skills.
  • Well-spoken and confident with the ability to perform tasks under pressure.
