About the Role:
The Data Science Manager will be responsible for leading our data science team and developing a comprehensive data strategy that drives business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, excellent leadership skills, and experience in mentoring and guiding teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data science projects that drive business value.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance on best practices in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve products, services, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. They will also have proven experience in a data science role, with at least 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership position.
