Growth Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Matters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and acquisition strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Amazon Quicksight to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • SEO and SEM Expertise: Implement SEO best practices and SEM strategies using tools like Google AdWords to boost our online presence.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute content calendars that captivate and convert, leveraging exceptional writing and editing skills, and experience with WordPress CMS.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns with a proven track record using tools like Campaign Manager.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with product and engineering teams using basic knowledge of mobile and web technologies, APIs, and UX design.
  • Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, use analytics software, and create insightful dashboards to monitor and optimize growth metrics.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop actionable plans and adapt strategies to market changes.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Design unique marketing campaigns with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Align growth initiatives with company goals through strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Communication Skills: Share your vision and results with excellent written and verbal communication and compelling presentation abilities.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by quickly learning new tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level experience in acquisition
  • Previous experience in the fintech space is advantageous
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • The candidate must reside in Cape Town or surrounding areas.
