  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and report on QA activities for new development cycles.
  • Contribute to Agile-related user story review meetings and work with stakeholders to understand new or modified application functionality.
  • Network with user communities to understand business requirements and ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing coverage.
  • Design and implement end-to-end test scenarios, debug, and define corrective actions.
  • Perform risk analysis, record test progress, and results, and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Create detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Design, develop, code, and execute automation scripts.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs, and develop testing processes for new and existing products.
  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA activities.

Requirements

  • Seasoned expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to understand and analyze complex systems.
  • Seasoned understanding of SQL and scripting.
  • Seasoned understanding of software development process.
  • Seasoned expertise in agile development such as Scrum.
  • Seasoned understanding of software integrated development environments.
  • Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally.
  • Seasoned understanding of object-oriented programming.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Leading SAFe would be advantageous.
