Executive Manager Laboratory Services

Fempower Personnel is seeking an experienced Executive Manager to drive the company strategy in the Healthcare & Laboratory industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the laboratory services sector.
  • Design and Improve Laboratory Systems and Processes: Design, implement, and improve laboratory systems and processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and Implement Laboratory Operating Policies: Develop and implement laboratory operating policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in laboratory operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis of laboratory operations to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: MBCHB degree with a Master's level business qualification or a Master's degree in Medical Technology/Biomedical Science or MMED or FCPath.
  • Registration: Registered with the HPCSA.
Experience:
  • Senior Management Experience: At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Manager in the Healthcare environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of laboratory/pathology industry operations.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
