Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Digital Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media strategies across multiple platforms and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that enhance our clients' brand presence.

This role requires close collaboration with creative teams, account managers, and clients to create impactful digital experiences.

  • Key qualifications include 3-5 years of experience managing social media channels in a professional capacity, ideally in an advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency environment.
  • A strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest) and their best practices is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong creative thinking and the ability to translate client briefs into innovative, engaging content.
  • Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, native platform insights) to track performance and optimize strategies is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly, are necessary.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement innovative social media strategies for various clients, ensuring alignment with their overall marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Work with the creative team to develop engaging, shareable content (text, image, video) tailored to each social platform.
  • Manage end-to-end social media campaigns, including planning, scheduling, optimizing, and reporting on performance.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and build meaningful relationships with followers to boost engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, create reports, and provide insights to improve performance and meet KPIs.
